 Today I will tell you how you can change your name in your Axis Bank Credit Card account online without visiting the branch.

You can update your Address or mobile number or email id or many more details in your axis bank credit card account with axis mobile application. 

but If you go to change your name through Axis Mobile App, So you may get an error that if you want to change your name then please visit the branch online your name cannot be changed.

 I will tell you a different way to change name in Axis Bank Credit Card Account online without going to branch.






How To Change Name In Axis Bank Credit Card Account 

If you want to change your name in your Axis Bank Credit Card account then follow the steps given below

Step 1:  Go the the axis bank official website.

Step 2: Now scroll down so that you will see the option of the contact menu, click on it.

Step 3: Now you will see the option of Axis Bank Customer Support in this menu, click on it and open it.

Step 4: Now you have to scroll down so that you will see the menu of Reach Out.

Step 5: Now you will see many options to contact Axis Bank there, out of that select Chat with Agent and open it.

Step 6:  Now select the card from the product option and select the credit card from the specific option.After this you can select anything else and then in the last option you can choose anything.

Step 7: Now click on chat button

Step 8: Now you have to start the chat by giving your registered mobile number and email.

Step 9: You will now be assigned a live agent who will chat with you in real time.

Step 10: Now you have to tell them that you want to change your name in your credit card account. 

Step 11: After this, he will accept any identity proof from you to change your name, which you can send to him in PDF format. 

Step 12: After that the agent will generate a service request so that your name will be changed without going to the branch.


Note:  If you want to change your name only in your credit card account, please mention in the chat that you want to change your name only at the account level. Otherwise they will process the name change for physical card too.
